To be able to pitch the idea you need to make sure all your research and information that you've gathered is right also have a few facts within the information to make it look better. You need to make sure all your spelling is perfect and no dodge sentences or words missing. You need to make sure your loud and clear and everyone understands what your saying have enough pictures graphs and prove that your able to make this product a success.
Your idea
The idea for this smoothie is to get all children getting their 5 a day as it will have all the fruits you enjoy in one glass. Its health and refreshing for the children's minds, it will help them develop and increase their life span. The healthier the smoothie the healthier the children will get each time they have it. Its great for parents to just put one smoothie in the pack lunch for their children is simple fast and easy and very relaxing for the children. No mess or hassle job simple and done.
Cost
The cost of the smoothie is not to expensive and very affordable for all parents. £0.80p and that's all but of course there will be packs available and other offers one the product becomes a bit more well know and the message gets round to everyone.
Requirement
The requirements for the smoothie is that it should have the 5 a day in the smoothie if not then that would be false information being sold to the audiences. It is also the things needed for the product needs to be in as well as everything the market research has shown needs to be in the requirements to. Also what the target market has asked for and what the target product requires.
Crew
The crew of this advert is the people we are using as the actor as well as the product 'Jucin', make up artistes the filming crew and the director to make sure everything is going well and everything is getting done without any problems.
Audience and Unique selling point
The audience we have targeted are the children and adults as the adults are the ones who will be buying the product for their children but we hope the advert attracts the children so the children can force their parents in buying the product.
The reason to why we think this is our target aim is because children would like the advert because of the dance and this would make them moan and annoy their parents in buying them the drink, also young teenagers will be interested in this product to as the harlem shake is popular in their age group so this will attract most of the audience.

Task 2
Production
Before planning on showing the audience a review on our advert we needed to know what the audience would want and what they think would be best. for this reason we needed to do a questionnaire and see what the audience prefer. If we didn't do a questionnaire and see what the audience would rather have then we wouldn't be as successful as we wouldn't have enough customers due to not having a fair trial.

This is the pie chart showing overall of the adults and children's results after the questionnaires. As you can see the chocolate and vanilla flavor was most popular within adults and children's choice.
Dark Blue = Banana and Peanuts
Yellow = Chocolate and Vanilla
Green = Strawberry and Raspberry
Aqua = Pineapple and Orange
Marketing Product
When marketing an product you need to be aware of many things for example like the target audience the cost and the location. However it is very important that before the product is being sold the leaflets and presentation or any articles being shown to the audience should be proof read before being sent out to the audience in this way any spelling mistakes or incorrect information isn't sent of as this will affect the viewers to be interested in the product.
You also need to be aware of how you are going to present the new product if its going to be on billboards, back of the bus, newspapers, internet or leaflets through the post box. You also have to make sure you plan everything before starting any work as you need to be able to do the finance for the locations.
Pros and cons are important issues that happen to take place in selling an product as some people have for and against issues. The people who argue to promote the product have enough information to show why they agree to the product being good enough to be sold whereas the cons who fight against it also have the same amount of information to not allow it to sell.

Here is a photograph of the questionnaire we handed out to see what the audience think and like to change about the product. We did a fair test as we gave the questionnaire out to different age grouped to see the difference.

Task 1 Communication skills for media productions
Production
The unit I have picked to break down in sections and show information from is my Advertising unit as this came out to be my strongest and well prepared unit. Before i was able to make the advert I needed to do my research and make sure i know exactly what I am planning on presenting. I found a few articles, newspapers and magazines based on smoothies and also with recipes of different smoothies that are very healthy for kids.
The unit I have picked to break down in sections and show information from is my Advertising unit as this came out to be my strongest and well prepared unit. Example two
Skim Reading
Skimming is basically reading a text to get a brief idea of what the text is talking about rather than concentrating on absorbing all the details. For example most people skim read newspaper articles just to get a quick overview of the text usually people skim read to just see if the text is actually worth reading in detail.
Scanning
Scanning a text is a reading technique where the read will look for certain information rather than absorbing the whole article. Usually when scanning through a piece of text you would look for the important part. For example if you was looking at a theme park timetable and wanted to know open times and cost you would skim through and only be interested in the information you actually need.
Article related to my production
I found an article that is linked to my production as it focuses on similar interest as mine. As mine focuses on children's health and how to keep them fit and alive during their day to day chores. For example while their at school for them not to feel tired or lazy or if their at the park to not feel board or loss of energy.
This article takes about how smoothies make the day more exotic as well as healthy. There are different types of smoothies and most of them are very good for health. This article gives out good advise and information on what type of smoothies you should try making as it will benefit your life. The article speaks about how important it is to take could care of our body and manly the insides of our body as we cant see what is harmed inside so its best to stay safe and eat drink stay healthy.
